Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Updating my review. Last night my dad and I sat at the bar for dinner. I was served a hard, cold, freezer burnt bun. The bottom still had frost on it. The gluten free buns come frozen but are also an up charge so I expect better. I returned it, asked for fries while I waited for my new burger. No fries. My dad finished his entire meal before my second burger came out. The second burger bun also came out visibility freezer burnt on the top. I waited forever for the second burger just to come out the same way. By then I was beyond upset. How can it be acceptable to serve freezer burnt food and for the manager to be like well, oh well... Get something else. Why? My dad finished eating. I already waited two full wait times for my burger and you wanted me to wait another full round for another meal. Thanks for serving me trash. Gluten free eaters be warned. Red Robin happily serves you freezer burnt garbage.

Regular restaurant atmosphere, but this is one of a very few select locations where my wife and I can eat. She has celiacs and this establishment has dedicated equipment for safe gluten free cooking. Great wait staff and clean utensils and plates. Tasty food.
