We met here for my nephew's birthday luncheon. It was the worst experience we have ever had in any restaurant. A random waitress put literal trash on one of our orders that was sitting on a table being passed out. The orders were written incorrectly by the waitress, and when we advised her that the order was wrong, she got an attitude and told the person who ordered that they were lying. Then, several orders were distributed to the wrong people, and unfortunately, they were partially eaten . When it was pointed out to the waitress, she advised us to "swap half eaten plates." Several people at our table are gluten-free. "Swapping plates" was not an option. Due to the mixup, those people fell severely ill. The waitress offered no remedies to any of the situations. Instead, she blamed us for the mistakes that she made. We only had a table of six people. It wasn't overwhelming. When the manager stopped by the table as we were leaving, she seemed uninterested with the issues that occurred. It was an unfortunate situation. None of the staff took responsibility for their actions, nor was any apology given. We still tipped her 20% on our $200 bill. We will never go to this location again, and we will not be frequenting Red Robin anytime soon. I do not recommend this location and am completely unsatisfied and disappointed. Save your money. There are better places.
