First of all a shout out to Red Robin for the decision to bring in Donatos pizza. This is the best GF/cauliflower crust pizza I have ever had and that's after eating gluten free pizzas all over the country for about 20 years. GF crusts are notoriously difficult to cook evenly...often burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle. Donatos via Red Robin has figured out how to cook the pizza evenly, leaving a perfect combination of crispy bottom/edges, not burnt, and tasting the amazing toppings, cheese, sauce without the distraction of a horrible chewy/burnt/strange tasting crust. For local location, staff does an awesome job! Cooks and servers. Keep up the good work!
