Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Bella was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding. She anticipated all our needs and made sure that my meal and shake was gluten free. I would definitely come to this location again to receive her service.

Red Robin used to be an amazing place to eat if you had food allergies. But recently they changed their menu, so their burgers /chicken had Soy in them. Meaning my wife with a Soy, Gluten, Dairy and nut allergy could only eat a small side salad with a side of pepperoni. After she ate half the side salad, she felt a little funny, and then found cheese on the bottom of the salad and it looked like someone put cheese on the salad then picked if off. My wife had to take a lot of allergy medicine. The manager did come out and comped her salad and offered a discount to the rest of us but Red Robin is no longer an allergy friendly restaurant.
