Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

With my severe gluten sensitivity, Red Robin was the one place I could enjoy a good burger. However, yesterday, my GF bun was different. It was hard and extremely hard to chew. The entire sandwich fell apart because of how hard it was to bite through the bun. I then tried eating it with fork and knife and had difficulty cutting through the bun. To make matters worse, I somehow got gluten and have been up all night with diarrhea. I have always loved this restaurant, but I don't think I will be back.

Ordered gluten free burger and fries, went to pick up the order and low and behold a bun, wrong cheese, overcooked and nongluten free fries, they "fixed it" for me only to be returned with once again the wrong cheese, sauce on the burger requested to be removed, and gluten fries. Our "free refill fries of course loaded with gluten and without knowing it. Now I am suffering tremendous stomach pain and issues all because someone couldn't take the time to read GLUTEN FREE. I hope yall find this and try to rectify it for future customers, because we will not be coming back ever again. My health is more important than your cooks having to take a few more seconds to verify things. Front of house was very polite, couldn't seem to stay off thier phones though

My family loves going to Red Robin. They have gluten free buns or a lettuce wrap for burgers. There is a great selection on the kids menu. Crickit is an amazing server. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and knows what we need before we even ask!
