I called to place a to go order and the staff member told me that she cannot place an order for a plain grilled chicken breast, it just isnt possible. Even though I've been to many locations and they always place that order with no issues. I have celiac and cannot eat bread and she wouldnt even give me the option of removing a bun from a burger to give me a grilled chicken breast. She said it wasnt possible to remove all the sides in their system. Never once had an issue and this was the only place I felt safe eating with celiac.
