Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Was here over the weekend. The waitress was nice at first, but once they took our order we didn’t see her for 40 minutes. All of our food arrived cold. When I had questions about allergens, because there was a mystery sauce in my plate the manager told me that the sauce on my plate was gluten free, even though there was no way he could identify it. He also waited 20 minutes to answer my question. The waitress also never came back to fill our drinks or even give us the check. The did at least have the machine to pay at the table so we could leave. Also, while the manager was at our table trying to explaining the food allergens to me, a child in our party spilled their drink. He looked down and then walked away. Didn’t offer any extra napkins. We had no problem cleaning up the mess. But he could have at least offered a napkin or towel to help. Unfortunately our bad experience didn’t stop when we left. We started having food poisoning symptoms before we made it home and half of our party was sick the entire next day. I will never eat at a Red Robin again and I especially will never enter the homestead restaurant again. 0 stars don’t waste your time or money.

I was impressed with the gluten free options, and this location has a dedicated gluten free fryer for their fries. So, no cross-contamination with wheat or corn. Finally, a restaurant that gets food allergies.
