Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I come to this location to eat often. I have celiac disease which is a severe gluten allergy and the servers are usually pretty good about taking my order. Except for last night. Silva was our server and i couldn’t believe the way she spoke to me. I always ask about the fry’s and the fryer because i am sensitive to cross contamination. I have to make sure they mark gluten allergy on the fries so they come out of a specific fryer. When I asked her about marking gluten allergy for my fries she got upset and said all the fries are fine and going on and on about how there’s no gluten. The tone she spoke to me in was so unacceptable. She clearly needed to be trained on allergy’s. It made me really uncomfortable and feel unsafe about my food.

The good is always good, and they have gluten-free options but the service is a little slow.
