The service and atmosphere is never the reason why I come to Red Robin. It's always the food. As a gluten free person, this is my jam. I can eat as many french fries as I want and have a Cheeseburger. And the second best thing Is there choices for the whole family..... chicken nuggets for the kids.

Gluten free hear heard good things about their practice for this sort of thing my server did everything right but the kitchen staff failed to follow through. My husband watched as our "gluten free" fried magically cooked in under 2 min in the special gluten free frier and came to our table cold and soggy! Just unbelievable that such disregard was taken to something when an allergy was noted. And yes I did get ill from eating said "gluten free" fries! Thanks kitchen staff at Brookfield red Robin for your dedicated efforts in providing safe eating environment for all types of diners gluten free included which your company has VERY PROPER PROCEDURES in place for!
