Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had the worst experience tonight. I use to go here all the time but I slowed down a bit. When I go see a movie I’ll come and get something to go to bring with me which is what I did tonight and it was a big mistake. I called the restaurant and spoke to a hostess who I placed my order with. I ordered a monster burger gluten free with a gluten free bun (it’s an allergy) which I explained. She asked if I wanted pink or no pink I said please NO pink. I asked for sweet potato fries which is an up charge along with the gluten free bun. I asked for a side of Red Robin sauce (on the side) since the gluten free buns are very flaky. When I got the order there was no sauce on the side she said they put it on the burger, there were bout 10 fries in the box for bottomless I could see the bottom of the container they came in. So I asked for more if possible since I’m use to getting the right amount and go often enough. Then I also asked for the side of sauce which I was given an attitude for. When she brought the food back I thanked her and said sorry for being a pain she said “the costumer is always right” I worked in the restaurant industry for over 17 years and I would NEVER say that so a costumer, it was extremely disrespectful. When I started to eat the burger I noticed the bun was pretty much gone from the sauce and I couldn’t even pick it up. I did the best I could and it fell apart I took one bite and noticed it was completely raw and pink. This was not worth the $26 I paid. The manager I love wasn’t there when she is everything is on point and she is extremely nice she’s a big reason I’ve gone back time and time again. I also got very sick, I’m really bloated and it doesn’t seem like they took the initiative To be cautious about my gluten allergy. Now not only did I pay for this mess but I’m actually paying the price. Very disappointing experience

Our first time at Red Robins and we are definitely coming back! I have gluten issues and you have gf buns and my fries were fried separately in a gluten free fryer. Thank you so much and you also have the impossible burger for my husband. Your waitress Kait was amazing and your other staff that brought out the food for us were amazing as well. Super friendly and knowledgeable with my dietary questions.

Red robin is a decent restaurant. If you are craving a burger and fries, it should hit the craving they have gluten-free buns, and the fries have their own designated fryer. However, the food took forever to come out, and the food was cold. Service was great at the beginning, but I feel the server forgot about my table.
