They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. I am a happy celiac. The burgers can be lettuce wrapped meaning I can dine with my family without a lot of explaining or fuss. This is our favorite restaurant. Its too bad we live too far away to go weekly.

Lots of ways to eat gluten free. I like the lettuce wrap over the gf bun. You can also sub Yukon chips for fries, which makes me so happy! Hubby often has the fish and chips apparently because its delicious.
