We ordered 2 Red Robin gourmet Burgers over the phone for pickup. We arrived within 10min to pick it up. I ordered a gluten free bun with ceddar cheese & got the same for my husband without the gluten free bun & with jack cheese.. also we asked for no fries & ordered 2 side salads with no dressing. They were just coming out when we got there however, the lids were mixed up & the gluten free bun was in the wrong box according to the label & there were fries that we didnt't want & no side salads. Thank goodness I didn't eat the bun that wasn't gluten free because I would have been very sick. I just had my suspicions that they mixed up the buns. Worst of all, the meat tasted like it was cooked hours before & was all dried out. It will be a very longtime before I will be going to Red Robin again & perhaps never to Des Moines, WA Red Robin again.
