Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This location is very hit or miss. On our last visit, my burger arrived without avocado (which was the main point of that burger) and was cold. My husband's salad was supposed to have it as ewll. By the time I could catch our waiter (they were slammed), everyone else was basically done eating. The response: "well, we must be out of it then." It was my birthday coupon so it was already free so there was nothing that they could offer beyond saying they'd make me something else, which i wasn't going to wait on at that point. Other times, food and service is great. I have celiac disease, so their lettuce wrapped/gf bun options and safe fries are very helpful. We've learned to only come on weeknights, as weekends are just slammed, and to make sure not to get a seat right under the hvac path. We tend to go to Quakertown instead as its more consistent. I do appreciate their commitment to supporting local non-profits with special fundraiser nights and their gift card offers.

My food was soggy and not great. I ordered a gluten free burger and any time I've gone to other Red Robin's and this has never been the case. Then my daughter went to the bathroom and saw an employee rinse her hands and not use soap after using the bathroom. Don't think I'll be returning to this location. Our waitress was nice so that was the one redeeming quality.
