Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My food was soggy and not great. I ordered a gluten free burger and any time I've gone to other Red Robin's and this has never been the case. Then my daughter went to the bathroom and saw an employee rinse her hands and not use soap after using the bathroom. Don't think I'll be returning to this location. Our waitress was nice so that was the one redeeming quality.

Good sometimes, last time I was there we were the first people in (group of 5) 1 waitress serving everyone that came in after us and 3 tables got their food before us. Also 3 of us ordered bottomless fries and we asked multiple times and never got any. We had a person that can NOT eat gluten and we were told that stuff is always fried gluten free. The fries were clearly fried in used oil and he decided not to eat them. Several workers were standing around while others were working multiple tables including a nice waitress who was clearly pregnant while another waitress told her she needed to clean up tables faster but then that said waitress continued to stand there and watch the TV the whole time we waited for our food which was over an hour for 2 Salads 2 burgers and chicken tenders.
