Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Every time I order from Them the order is wrong. This time though takes the cake. So I ordered A Cobb salad and the lettuce looks horrible. But the worst part is my burger. I got a Royal Robin With a turkey patty with fries and the egg over hard on a gluten-free bun because I have a gluten allergy… They didn’t give me a gluten-free bun. They gave me beef instead of turkey, And they gave me salad instead of fries, which is crazy. The wild thing is on the ticket. Everything is correct, but they made the burger wrong. It is Charlotte Pike, so if you know you know. I’m trying to stay classy with this.. but it actually gets worse. I called up there to tell them about the mistake they made, and the first person hangs up on me. I call back then all of a sudden somebody has a very strong Accent . Then they hang up on me when I asked for a manager. I’m at work and I had ordered the food for me and my coworker so she calls up there three times and asked for a manager all three times gets hung up on.

Great experience. My server went out of her way to accommodate me with gluten free options. Such a nice young lady. The ladies up front were also very welcoming.

My daughter had a gluten-free burger she was very happy and said the burger was delicious! Thank you for serving gluten- free buns. I had the bacon avocado great burger and fries.
