Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Amber at Red Robin in Rockford IL gave excellent service and helped us with gluten free allergy food and and we were impressed.

The food is great every time we go here! Their rewards program is great but could offer a few more things to consistent diners. The staff is friendly, however, they could be a little quicker and better accommodating for larger parties. The pricing on some of their burgers has gotten more expensive at $15. The unlimited fries and refills are awesome. I love that they have gluten free buns since I can't have gluten. They could give the bathrooms a face lift and clean more often but it is generally satisfactory. Make a reservation on a Friday or Sat as we waited over an hour to sit down when we were told it would be 15-20 min by their hostess. I have been here at least 15 times or more.

Been missing Southern restaurants like Eat N Park because of their amazing gluten-free buns and awesome service. This Red Robin is just as amazing, both the gluten-free bun and the service was so nice. I felt like I was back at college eating out at my favorite restaurant. Only complaint is I don't like TVs, but they have areas where you can sit and not have a screen in your face, so overall, this was great. The gluten-free bun was so soft! Love soft hamburger buns, and it was the same softness as a regular bun. And it wasn't dry and just complimented the burger instead of being just bread on a plate.
