Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First impression was that it smelled terrible, like garbage. That should have been the first red flag. Our Server was very nice, the food itself seemed good at first, but we found a hair cooked into the burger. The hair was found in the last few bits of the burger and they told us there wasn’t anything they could do because most of the burger had been eaten. We never got our appetizer and they got our drinks wrong. Not only that, I have a gluten allergy and my “gluten free” burger made me sick. Will not be coming back and I suggest others do not either.

Wow! Just wow! We were passing through town during a day trip and I have a gluten allergy so we stopped by knowing they had gf buns. Our waitress, Skylar, informed me that they had a whole system online to let me know what items had gluten (or other food allergens) and what didn’t. This is something that our local Red Robin has never informed me of. Skylar was very friendly & attentive, refilling drinks before we completely finished what we had and made sure to check on us often even though she was completely swamped with the dinner rush. She honestly was the best waitress we have had in a long time and if we were locals, we would request her every time! Another huge plus for me was knowing they had a separate fryer for gluten free fries! This was the first time I had fries outside of my house without worrying if they’d make me sick. Not to mention the entire place was very clean and our food came out very quickly even though they were busy. The whole experience raised our standards for Red Robins and made us realize how… blech our local one is lol We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town! Keep up the good work guys and thank you for the perfect end to a perfect day!
