Our detour to this red swan turned out amazing because of Nanda who was managing the counter. His suggestions of cauliflower crust with spicy was too yummy. So those who are aiming for gluten free pizza.. Try this option and of course Nanda will be there to help and offer you great suggestions. Must visit.

As someone who is gluten-sensitive, it's the Beast gluten-free pizza you can buy from a resteraunt. The gluten pizza is also very good, and overall, it's a very unique pizza place that's great if ur looking for pizza that's not the normal greasy cheese and wheat filled crust.
