I came across this place all the way out in LI because I was at a birthday party. Let me tell you something, the staff was so knowledgeable about Celiac disease. They were very accommodating. I had the Margherita cauliflower crust. As a Brooklyn girl, I was so surprised that it was delicious and I enjoyed every minute of it. I enjoyed every minute of that pizza that I ordered another two to go. The mozzarella was fresh and so was the basil. The pizza wasn't oily at all.
A big shout-out to the staff who are so patient and very cultured. Another big shout-out to Sal who took so good care of me. Sal is a very gentle soul and I feel very privileged to have run into him and the wait staff.
