Visited here on a busy Saturday with good weather, what a great outdoor space that has only been improved from the Contigo days.
I think our group had every sandwich except the popcorn shrimp one. The pork chop and chicken sandwiches looked awesome and came on Texas toast. Burger is a very solid smash burger and they have gluten free buns and can do a lettuce wrap. The burger bun is baked locally and was really good.
The fries were just ok, tots a bit better, but the real play (at least for now) is to go for the pickle fries or fried green beans as your side. They are working on improving the fries it sounds like - manager also told me they are busy getting the kitchen and space really dialed. Burgers are on the pricey side but the beef is local Wagyu.
Our group worked the drinks menu pretty hard, lots of giant cold glasses of beer and tasty frozen stuff. The big cold glasses are great but heads up they can be pricey when filled with craft beer (16 or 18oz I think). Not bad value necessarily but just a large volume of drink. Couple good taps, selection of bottle options (lone star and domestics, NA as well) and they had an off menu beer from Batch that was really nice.
The staff were really friendly, smiling, and engaging. The place just has a good energy. Overall you can tell they are still getting moved in and the kinks worked out but the ingredients are here for a neighborhood staple.
