Service below expectations! We ordered two identical first courses, the first arrived, the second I don't know if it's still being prepared... terrible service! We asked for bread several times but nothing. Not to mention the endless waits… We left out of desperation and went out for pizza as two people's first courses were not served. Pointing this out to the room manager and the girl at the cash register, they didn't bat an eyelid, not even apologizing. They came up with offering a bitter that we personally didn't accept since we were fasting... what were we supposed to digest? There were gluten-free dishes on the menu but only on the menu… By asking the restaurant manager the dishes had to be removed from the menu... too bad that one person at the table has celiac disease and had to settle for a gluten-free pizza. To conclude, 4 people and two one year old children who did not touch any food. You made both children pay half. Shame! I will never go back there again!!! I highly recommend a refresher on the service…

Service to be seriously evaluated. My companions and I were approached through an offer that turned out to be false. Some waiters were apathetic and tired of their work almost as if they were doing us a favor by serving us, or answering our questions. Some crude and rude manners. Sympathy isn't everything. We had to ask for the bill twice. And I would separate the smoking area from the area of ​​people who don't smoke, because if I choose to stay outside it doesn't mean I have to have the smoke of the customer next door. Too bad because the pizzas were delicious! They arrived quickly, and I really liked the dough - given my sensitivity to gluten, it didn't bloat me - I would go back just for the taste, nothing else.
