I have visit here often and once for a Zumba event they hosted. The owner shared she's also a nurse so inspiring ! The shakes are so filling and the protein is THE BEST thing Ive ever had. NO CHALKY taste. Teas have wellness benefits I got the collagen vitamin B12 tea I was so productive ! That is why I come back every time ! Clean space. Some chairs/tables to do some work if needed. Oh and waffle is gluten free!
