Very happy with my experience at Republic Brewing. Both owners have been involved with incredibly successful businesses in Manchester, and it is no surprise that their attention to detail and quality remains strong in their new endeavor at Republic Brewing.
I have a gluten intolerance and was able to safely enjoy the tacos and delicious, organic Italian wines on draught! My husband and the rest of our party (6 of us in total) found the house beers to be excellent!!
The vibe was casual and clean, and I look forward to being a frequent customer. Actually, my Father-in-Law is in town and we plan to bring him by this weekend. The location is great, and is in walking distance to all the great amenities that Downtown Manchester/Elm Street has to offer.
