Good but menu is limited on gluten free

Went with the family for my mother's birthday and the experience was disappointing. I will preface this by saying that my family has high standards in the quality of food. Yes, the place is no frills but that does not matter. The traditional pizza is very good - tasty sauce. My mother asked about and ordered the gluten free personal margarita pizza given her gluten sensitivity. It was terrible. At the end of the evening, when the waitress noted that my mother did not eat much of her pizza, she asked if she did not like it and followed up with "many people don't like the gluten free pizza." It would have been nice if she noted this prior to the $17 order of a terrible gluten free personal pizza. With that said, another non-gluten "margarita" pizza was also ridiculous with the entire pizza being one glob of cheese. That is not margarita pizza! Finally, the kids ordered lamb chops and they were raw. The waitress said she can't tell the kitchen how to cook them. She did take them back for more cooking but they then came out burnt on the outside and still raw (and much too salty). So, overall, disappointing. Best choice is "traditional" pizza only!
