Very accommodating service for people with dietary restrictions.
I needed a portion without gluten and milk, ideally not chicken with rice. The lady who was in charge of our table found out in the kitchen which dish could be prepared without gluten or milk, in the end we chose the Moravian sparrow. Cabbage thickened with flour was replaced with raw vegetables, and potatoes instead of dumplings. I had no reaction, so I highly recommend it. In another restaurant nearby, they only offered dry chicken (because there is flour in the sauce, right) and I couldn't even get vegetables to go with it.
