Restaurant Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar Centropolis Laval

We went there as a family (2 adults and 2 children) and we loved it. The decor is really beautiful and the atmosphere is festive. The food is really delicious. There are several gluten-free options and the dish I chose (chicken burger) was excellent. The service was great. The waitresses were kind, attentive and took the time to explain the concept to us and answer all our questions. We will definitely go back.

If you’re looking for a place where the drink menu is as exciting as the food, this spot has you covered. Let’s talk wings: they’re crispy, juicy, and yummy. They have a pretty great variety of sauces available. Just note, 1lb of wings is only about 6 pieces, so if you’re craving a dozen, the bill can add up quickly. Wings are served solo, with no side, so keep that in mind when ordering. As for the onion rings—think more fried shreds of onion than the traditional thick, battered rings. It was an unexpected twist, but not a bad one. The fish tacos were a little on the heavy side with batter, which wasn’t quite to our taste, but they were still decent. Allergy-friendly? Absolutely! They’ve got a great allergy menu, and the staff is happy to help. Just a heads-up though, their wings are brined in IPA, so they’re not gluten-free, even though the sauces are safe to enjoy. On the plus side, the gluten-free burger was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere at the Laval location was a bonus: throwback songs playing with music videos made for a nostalgic vibe.
