Restaurant Brechtmann in Scharbeutz-Schürsdorf

The food was very tasty and the location was great. We were still able to sit outside. The advice and accommodation for gluten intolerance was good, but there is still room for improvement. I think all service staff should get a little education. You sometimes think that it is compared to I don't like honey.

Perfect duck, perfect service and perfect ambience. Both the half duck and the pink duck breast were cooked to perfection and very crispy. Homemade dumplings and spaetzle. Sauce could be ordered later. My daughter, who has to eat strictly gluten-free, was treated in an exemplary manner. I had already pointed this out when making the reservation. We were greeted with bread and my daughter was given gluten-free crispy bread. Dumplings and mushrooms were also prepared gluten-free and tasted excellent. And my son's special requests weren't a problem either. The restaurant manager just said kindly: “Say how you want it and that’s how we’ll do it.”
