I've been coming to this famous Ciutadella restaurant for years every time I visit Menorca. So far, it's always been perfect in every way. Today, however, something happened to me that changed my perception, and I'm sorry to say. Charging me €5 for a gluten-free roll is simply disproportionate. It's not a whim but a medical condition, and honestly, I've never been charged so much for a slice of this type of bread in other famous and highly sought-after restaurants. Even worse when they charge a little over €1 for a slice of excellent regular bread... This is a serious mistake if they don't rectify it. It's better not to have gluten-free bread than to have it and charge almost five times more than regular bread. And even if this is a management decision, at least they should warn customers.
