The trout carpaccio is really excellent!! the Jacques are tender and soft, I really appreciated that the dish was adapted to my gluten and lactose intolerances and without starchy foods. Superb view of the lake, very pretty decor, pleasant service, thank you very much for this good time that I shared with my man.
