Titina - Trattoria à La Clusaz

If I could give ten stars I would. I made a note on the booking that I couldn’t eat gluten or dairy. These notes are usually ignored, but L’Ecuelle had not only made a note of it, but worked out what could be modified or made before I even arrived. Restaurants often hate accommodating people like me and I always apologise and feel awkward, but the team at L’Ecuelle were so incredibly kind and considerate. Aaaaaand…. The food was EXCELLENT. We went for tapas style and honestly could’ve ordered more. The wine we ordered was not to our taste and we weren’t enjoying it, so they offered to change it, despite it not being offered by the glass. We were allowed to take our time with our meal, never felt rushed and felt very looked after. I will definitely go back when I return to La Clusaz!
