In 20 years of catering as a Restaurant Manager in half of Europe, I have never allowed myself to address customers in such an impolite and out of line way. This alleged Manager in my humble opinion is not capable of managing these situations. He should reflect on mistakes and improve. The staff is friendly and courteous, but he is not. So Mr. Manager has learned that before presenting the menu to customers, you as Manager are required to inform your customers of the dishes that are finished. She has learned that if a customer wants to leave, she must apologize for what happened and must ask what went wrong and if possible find solutions to ensure that her customers can return to the restaurant.
