Manager not up to par We booked 11 days in advance to be able to eat, specifying that there was a gluten free person. The reservation is confirmed immediately. On the evening of dinner we sit down, we are given the menus and we order. A few minutes later we are told that the gluten-free pinsa is not available. We were not told when we arrived at the restaurant that the gluten-free pinsa was not available and we only wasted about 45m of time. We communicated that we wanted to leave, the manager said to us: but how is it? go away and now the table as I replaced it, who do I give it to? In 20 years of catering as a Restaurant Manager in half of Europe, I have never allowed myself to address customers in such an impolite and out of line way. This alleged Manager in my humble opinion is not capable of managing these situations. He should reflect on mistakes and improve. The staff is friendly and courteous, but he is not. So Mr. Manager has learned that before presenting the menu to customers, you as Manager are required to inform your customers of the dishes that are finished. She has learned that if a customer wants to leave, she must apologize for what happened and must ask what went wrong and if possible find solutions to ensure that her customers can return to the restaurant. She didn't do any of this, in fact he was very grumpy and whipped because he was more interested in replacing the table. I recommend a refresher course for Restaurant Manager.
