The food is really good and there is enough protein. It's wonderful that gluten allergies are taken seriously, which is why Siipparit is one of the only places where I dare to eat without the fear that I'll have a violent attack at night due to gluten exposure. So thank you very much for this care to the whole staff and especially to the exams!! <3
