My partner is celiac and specifically requested a gluten-free dessert. The server confirmed that it was indeed gluten-free.
Unfortunately, we realized it contained some after she started eating it.
So she had an allergic reaction quickly afterwards.
The kitchen and servers should be more aware, because they don't seem to understand what gluten is.
