I am delighted to share my experience at the St-Hubert restaurant and bar in Magog, an establishment that met all my expectations in terms of cuisine and atmosphere. Located in a pleasant setting, this restaurant is a must for lovers of roast chicken and BBQ ribs. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the warm and welcoming atmosphere envelops you. The tables are carefully arranged, and the decoration is simple but elegant, creating a friendly setting perfect for meals with family, friends or even a romantic dinner. The staff is always smiling and attentive, offering quality service that makes each visit pleasant. The St-Hubert menu is varied and offers a multitude of choices for all palates. Among the signature dishes are the famous pork ribs, tender and flavorful, served with a variety of sauces such as classic sauce, whiskey BBQ sauce, spicy Asian sauce or Jules apple sauce. The roast chicken, cooked on the spit for three hours, is also a must, accompanied by its famous BBQ sauce. For burger lovers, the original St-Burger is a real revelation. It's made with crispy chicken breast, creamy slaw, shredded lettuce, pickles and roasted red pepper spread, all served in an artisan bun. A true delight for the senses! But what particularly stood out for my experience was the availability of a gluten-free menu specially designed for people with celiac disease. Since May 2017, St-Hubert has offered dishes made from gluten-free ingredients, prepared according to rigorous control measures and procedures to avoid any cross-contamination. This allows people with celiac disease to fully enjoy the delicious cuisine of St-Hubert without fearing the adverse effects of gluten. Gluten-free options include dishes like the St-Hub Bowl, a bowl topped with cubed roasted chicken coated in BBQ sauce, crunchy vegetables, black beans and Monterey Jack cheese, all topped with rice and leaf lettuce. Sweet potato fries with roasted red pepper mayonnaise and mini spring rolls are also available gluten-free. In conclusion, the St-Hubert restaurant and bar in Magog is an essential address for those looking for quality cuisine, exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a traditional meal or gluten-free options, you'll find what you're looking for. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable and satisfying dining experience.
