Good family restaurant where the staff takes care of gluten allergies. Always good food, with or without gluten.

Gluten free order with a bun on top and a sauce. I understand that this is a mistake, but I wonder if the gluten-free menu is well monitored. Being celiac, I'm not sure I'll do the experience again. However, when I inquired, I was told that cross-contamination was being monitored. I doubt it. I must say that they are coming to deliver me another box free of charge....
