Suitable for people with celiac disease ***** 5 stars because everything was perfect. The chef was very knowledgeable. Fries can be cooked in a separate fryer upon request. I had the Rhodes plate. The bifteki and Metaxa sauce (thickened with potato starch) are *gluten-free*.
