Restaurant Aria Nova

i swear this is the best meal i’ve ever had! i got the beef with red wine sauce and it was incredible! the owner and wait staff are so sweet and welcoming! they have extensive knowledge of gluten free items on their menu and also have gluten free bread! i wish i lived here so i could come back over and over

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the service at Aria Nova. We had never been treated with such rudeness and lack of respect in a restaurant. The attitude and behavior of the waiters who served us was completely inappropriate, aggressive and unpleasant at the slightest problem. The person in charge of our table made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning by asking us personal questions to seem interesting. For some people it may work, but it is a restaurant for tourists, with excessive prices compared to the small portions of the dishes. I am celiac and lactose intolerant, and even though they made an effort to accommodate me, I didn't feel like it was a safe place. Our mistake was not being clear enough and not leaving from the first moment. In any case, a waiter can never become defensive and treating a customer with a condescending and aggressive tone is not tolerable. I don't recommend Aria Nova at all.
