We went to Bacherls and were extremely pleasantly surprised. A restaurant at a campsite, so your expectations aren't that high. But we were far from it! The food was incredibly delicious, the prices were completely reasonable, and the staff were excellent. The absolute highlight for us: They were very knowledgeable about celiac disease, and they even served a gluten-free Beyond Burger with gluten-free fries. You can't even get that in Nuremberg. Did I mention they had a super-delicious gluten-free lager? It was amazing. The only "problem": Unfortunately, it's closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
