We had a great evening at restaurant Bij Ons! I have celiac disease and contacted the restaurant in advance. I was connected to the chef and given an explanation of what was and was not possible. Once in the restaurant, the waiter was aware of my allergy and took this into account very carefully. It was clearly explained, per course, what was and was not possible and there was plenty of choice! My dishes were prepared separately, there was gluten-free bread that was baked in a clean oven and the fries were also prepared separately. It was a wonderful feeling to be able to eat here safely. The food itself was delicious, we will definitely come back!
