What a service, super friendly staff, very alert and thoughtful about my gluten allergy. We were going to the cinema after dinner so we didn't have much time, but they made sure that we had a delicious meal and that we were on time for the movie. Real toppers here, we will definitely come back!!!

We were really loyal Bears fans. But 2 disappointing experiences later, the last of which was a classic food poisoning, I fear that we have fallen away from the Bear faith. We liked coming here because we could also eat gluten-free here. That had largely disappeared. That wasn't necessary yesterday. My son had the burger (always delicious) but now he can't eat it. Weird taste, way too spicy. I also tried it and it's really not okay. Staff were good at talking to each other, but were also great at looking THROUGH customers. When, after 15 minutes, we still hadn't managed to get anyone's attention to pay, we went to the cash register. No question there either; did you enjoy it? Because there was a malfunction, so everyone was busy with that. Helaaa...not recommended anymore as far as we are concerned😪
