I called for allergen information. I wanted to order partly gluten-free. Staff did not know how to tell what was or was not gluten free. Asking a colleague was also unsure. I have not yet come across a gluten-free spring roll or hamburger sandwich in the catering industry. So I was curious how it could be gluten-free. 2 stars for now.
