We received exceptional help in choosing food suitable for my allergies. My body does not accept maltodextrin and E621, but other sugar substitutes and flavor enhancers do not always work well. This is the first restaurant since discovering which foods I can and cannot have (7 years) that knows what they offer their customer, who take the trouble to check all the ingredients per product so that you don't eat the wrong things. For example, I ate soy sauce for the first time without getting sick because their gluten-free soy sauce is completely free of crazy flavor enhancers, they make the sushi fresh without mayonnaise and crab stick (unfortunately a product that contains a lot of junk), but they also bake the meat for you separately so that the meat with the wrong spices cannot contaminate your meat. Incredibly careful, patient, friendly and delicious food outside on the terrace as our dog could come along.
