The (potato) dumplings were tough and definitely from a supermarket package (and not a good one!).
The onion roast was tough and a tiny portion.
The plates were already being cleared away while the rest of the company was still eating; after the order was received, no one was asked again whether they wanted something to drink.
The menu was given for desserts with the justification "we only have two desserts, namely: ..." no more,
The service staff was completely uninformed about allergens - thanks to poor advice, a person now has massive health problems after eating a dish that was supposedly gluten-free.
Clearly the business model is “make cheap money with tourists, they only come here once” - they should be right, at least as far as we are concerned.

Such a great place! Food was delicious, ambience is so cozy, and price was reasonable. I was able to order a gluten free meal without issue.
