I only rate the restaurant. The Linde in Trossingen is an authentic Italian restaurant. I used to go there more often. Today for the first time in many years. The owners are very friendly and the service is courteous. As always, I ate a pizza dela casa. With Parma ham, rocket, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan. It's simply delicious. My companion had a Parma pizza, which was also delicious. What I didn't know was that all pizzas and pasta dishes are also gluten-free. A thumbs up for that. That's why I'll definitely come back more often.
