I invited my mother for her 75th birthday to the Phare restaurant on Saturday September 23. We had an extraordinary time: everything was perfect: the welcome, the setting, the service, especially the service. I have never encountered such professional service in a restaurant in France. The whole team took great care of us. I am gluten intolerant, and they brought me gluten-free bread without asking. Unbelievable, this had never happened to me. I brought candles for my mom's birthday and the team made her a wonderful "happy birthday" for her dessert. In addition, the meal was delicious, the quantities were generous. The boss is present and it shows. Well done, an exceptional moment. The only downside is the reservation, which is complicated by telephone. An online reservation would be welcome.
