Le Spago's open air patio was the perfect place to share an excellent bottle of Sangeovese, with the brochetta starter. My husband ordered the fillet mignon with bacon & I had the mushroom, peas & sausage pasta with with gluten free penne, then we divided up the plates with each other. Magnificent meal in the heart of Quebec ski country. Really. People from Saint Jovite, St. Gabriel, St Agathe, Vieux Tremblant and Morin Heights recommended this restaurant & it didn't disappoint.
