We called on Pierre and his wife for our wedding, and they agreed to prepare vegan and gluten-free pancakes, crepes and recipes for 3 of our guests! Pierre was very accommodating and was inspired by the recipes of our other caterers. Our 3 “special” guests were totally won over!!!
