Restaurant Meson Los Rosales

Roadside restaurant right in the middle of the Valencia-Madrid route. We only stopped for breakfast but I saw that they had several options suitable for celiacs, even if they were packaged, including gluten-free bread, something that is not very common in these roadside places and is very appreciated.

Refrain from celiacs, they have gluten-free bread, but they are not careful about cross contamination, the way back after the sandwich was a horror. They charged me the same as a normal sandwich and two euros extra for the gluten-free bread, I say, couldn't they discount the bread that they don't put in? They should take more into account celiacs not only with bread.

All the staff are attentive and helpful, we traveled with our dog and they were very attentive to her, offering us a bowl of water. Abraham's attention was exceptional, congratulations. The restaurant is huge, with different proposals for people who make quick stops or for those who want to eat well. Good cheeses, wines (they have a wine cellar), pinchos, menu... It is taken care of down to the smallest detail, they even have a vending machine with gluten-free products. They have everything well signposted and rules for customers that are not necessary (e.g. tables reserved for pets).
