Insanely good food that continued to surprise. We chose a 10 course menu so we didn't know what we were getting but we were in no way disappointed. Everything was super delicious, the flavors were complete and everything went together so well. They could easily adapt the menu to a vegetarian and a gluten-free one, and their gluten-free bread was delicious - especially together with their homemade lemon butter, which we had to have extra of.
Service was just as it should be and the atmosphere was really cozy with curtains/fabric hanging to screen the tables from each other.
In the ladies' toilet, they had hair spray, cotton pads, cotton swabs, pads and tampons available for free use - that's great style.
The only negative thing I can say is that there is only one restaurant in Aalborg and it is far too rare that I go there.
