Restaurant Pearl Morissette

Wow! The food was delicious, subtle, complex, beautiful. The wine pairings were all very unique and both a pleasure on their own and with the dishes. The staff explain the food and wine in great detail (though it was sometime a bit hard to hear above the noisy group behind me) and were able to answer all questions. The kitchen did a great job changing a few dishes to meet my gluten-free needs. They said they can cater to all dietary needs (e.g. dairy free, vegan etc.). We rarely go out to restaurants because we find the cost not worth it as we can usually cook as well as most restaurants. In contrast, this bucket-list culinary experience was totally worth the cost.
