Very good pinza (Roman flatbread)! Our Italian friend confirmed it tasted like pinza in Rome. We loved the burrata pinza the one with diavolo salami. The staff is very friendly. They dealt with our bad French graciously, played with our toddler, and answered all our questions about the gluten content of foods.

Update: okay on further speaking with the staff, the pizza is not gluten free but is very low gluten. They use three flours, the last of which is wheat flour, and the dough is fermented 72 hours. If you are only intolerant this could be okay for you but it is not gluten free

We asked for gluten-free crust and they had no idea what we were talking about. I don’t know why this is on this app. They did not have gluten-free.
